Why doesn't FF4 work with Flash video?
FF 4.0.1 sucks big time when it comes to watching Flash video, say YouTube. Video is choppy, sound too. Also, the browser constantly crashes or hangs for more than two minutes, especially when viewing a script-heavy site like Facebook.
And please allow users with older versions to give you feedback. If a user is having problems with the latest version, they would not be able to give you feedback by downgrading like I did.

First verify that you have the latest Flash 10.3.181.26

I can only tell you have 10.3.181.something from the "More system details.."
Check your extensions, so see if you have any listed in

Been there, done that. I do have the 10.3.181.26 version, it's just that the system information does not show the minor revision. I tried everything to solve the problem (disabling plugins, etc.) but it appears to be an innate problem of FF4.
