Your Firefox 3.0.10 version may be too old.
Try to install the latest Firefox 3.6.x version (the site doesn't currently support Firefox 4 and later).

I have the same problem, but with Ubunut 10.10 and Mozilla Firefox 3.16.18, so ??? Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, ds.

Check the date and time in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.
