how do I import bookmarks from iexplor after firefox install finished.

I installed Firefox before copying my favorites into Internet Explorer from a backup. Firefox asks if you want to copy from Internet Explorer on first install but as there were no bookmarks in Internet Explorer then I could not copy them. How do I copy them over now without uninstalling then installing Firefox again?

I know it is not hard to install again but I think it would be handy for others if this feature was available.
