How do I un-subscribe from being a beta tester?

I keep getting notices of beta versions of firefox, I don't want to be a beta user / tester. How do I stop this from happing?

You can install the release version to switch from the beta update channel to the release update channel.

I installed 7.0.1 and now I have a thing called test pilot on my tools menu. Am I a test person?
