I'm unable to open any download with Firefox, it works with Explorer. What should I do before I switch browsers?

Does the download finish?

Where are you saving the download to?

What happens when you try and open the file?

Where are you downloading the file from?

Need a lot more info to try and help.

First step is to try running in Safe Mode https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and see if that resolves it
