I downloaded the upgrade Forefox 4.0 Beta & onto Windows and kept crashing. This is the crash report:AdapterDeviceID: 01d1

Your suggestion did not work. Still crashed every time I opened it. Thx anyway.

I ended up googling "old versions of Firefox" and downloaded version 7 and it works fine.
