When I 'click' to follow a link in an email from a TRUSTED SITE with whom I've had considerable interaction, I keep getting this 'box' with the statement. I have to keep 'clicking' "okay" before I can proceed. And what the HELL is not upgrading to 8.0 making my current Firefox unsafe? Can't this company ensure safety for their own product? FORCING ME TO KEEP UPGRADING LEAVES THE MAJORITY OF APPS COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That issue can be caused by the McAfee Site Advisor extension

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks everyone, but the fact is: it was a Java script problem. I figured it out myself.
