Hi there. First off, it looks like you're using an old version of Firefox. You should upgrade to the latest version by clicking Help and then Check for Updates.
The problem you describe seems like the voice is coming from the web page you're visiting. Where do you go to check your email - do you have the address? (Not your email address, but the address to your email provider.)
