I blocked a video on FB and now can't watch any videos. How do I undo this on a mac?

I blocked a video on FB as it was a bank ad and now I can't watch any videos that anyone posts. Is there a way to undo this with out disabling adblock on FB?

Did you click the Adblock Plus icon to check which items are blocked on that page?

yep there are so many items blocked I have no idea which one it is. Is there a way to see via date then I could have a rough guess and unblock from that day forward.

THis is what I get when i go to ad block in the drop down menu. then when I choose open blockable items I get a list of 100's
