Much has changed since Flash 11.3 was released in June, but you might want to try an old trick anyway. That is to disable the "protected mode" that is unique to Firefox on Windows Vista/7. See this support article from Adobe under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
Does that make any difference?
