Thunderbird is not downloading my email
My emails are on the web server for PDQ email address but are not downloading into Thunderbird when I ask them to download. It has been a couple of days of no message downloads. I have checked all the settings with PDQ/airmail.net and they say there is no problem on their end.
Do you think I need to reinstall Thunderbird and if I do... Do I lose my email info, addresses, contacts, etc

I had a similar situation with Gmail -- it wasn't downloading messages and I could not send messages. I finally did just uninstall TBird and reinstalled it, and everything started working again.
And no, I did not lose any of my emails or settings. I believe there is an option during the uninstall that specifies to delete all user settings -- just be sure that is NOT checked.
