mail files glitch
I see a number of mail and archived files in my Profile on C drive but they do not come up when I open the program using that profile. How do I get them to be included in the program on startup?

Is this an IMAP or POP3 account? Are they in the Local Folders section of the profile or under an account? Are they named without an extension and another with the extension .msf and the same name?
Thanks for the reply. Have emails using both IMAP and POP3 email accounts stored in the profile and its folders. Yes, many are named with 'file' extension and each has corresponding name with '.msf file' extension. The bundle I want to import from an external drive is 30.2GB of emails (and attachments?) in 20,194 files and 653 folders as found in 'properties'. About 20 years of records. The bundle appearing when I enter the program (to which I want to import) is 81.8MB, 2275 files 7 folders (all 7 folders have different names than the names in the bundle to be imported) Both bundles have/had the same profile name and extension on Root directory in help/troubleshooting/about: profiles ralphlav
