After the update Firefox wont even open

Whenever Firefox updates it wont allow me to open Firefox. Whenever I click on it nothing shows up. I've tried to run as an administrator, and even tried running in safe mode (hold shift while clicking on icon) and nothing works. It's happened before but the previous times I tried fixing it all I had to do was 'troubleshoot' and it'd make me run as administrator. Now it's not working. It said something about having an incompatible program but I don't know what it is and I haven't downloaded anything to my computer.

On the computer you want Firefox, go to Mozilla.org and get the full installer. If that computer can not access the web, use another but make sure to download the installer for the other computer.
