When opening AOL emails, an extra window opens up immediately. I have to delete this to read the email I just tried to open. How do I fix this?

When I open AOL emails, an extra window opens up next to the email. I have to delete this one in order for the email to finish loading and be able to read the email.

RexB, I would recommend uninstalling the older version of Flash you have on your addons list: Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700 There is a security risk in this version. I also understand when you open a AOL email you have to delete a Window, what does this mean?
