I have three email accounts with silvermtn.com, but in the wineclub@silvermtn.com I get an message saying a copy cannot be sent to my "sent" folder and to retry, and of course, it still doesn't work. And I need a record of my sent messages!

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
