Here is what I see when I try to launch Mozilla from the icon symbol. Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.0-p[==[ty7u8'.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

It sounds like a malware infection. As the first step, remove or disable any suspicious or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Command+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, remove or disable.

Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

Any change?

Could you check whether you might have any "locked" or other unusual status preferences? Here's how:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) Click the "Status" column heading and scroll down looking for any that are unusual (what is normal is "User set" and "default").

See anything strange?

It didn't work. I am just going to delete Firefox and stick with Google. It's a much better browser. You can't even talk with anyone at Firefox for customer support.

It's good to know you do not have any strange extensions. Perhaps one of your settings files became corrupted?

For future reference in case you decide to try Firefox again:

I'm not going to try Firefox again....No corrupt settings......Firefox just does not work properly.

Google is much easier to work with, Even Yahoo is better.
