Thunderbird use provide the option to show me how many email messages are in a sub-folder and how many are read/unread as well as the size. I don't care much about the size, but I need to know the number of messages in a folder.

Please tell me how to make this feature visible like it use to be.

thanks

Soluție aleasă

This used to be done via an add-on but is now built-in.

In the menu, View|Layout|Folder Pane Columns

No menu? Hold down the <alt> button, tap V.
