If a copy was made during composition or if you clicked on Save, then it would be saved in the 'Drafts' folder. If you had clicked on the top right X to close, a pop up would ask you what you want to do, if you selected to save then it will be in Drafts folder. If you selected 'Don't Save' then it was deleted. check Drafts folder. click on 'Drafts' folder. right click on email and select 'Edit as new message' or double click on email to open in a new Write message. If you had clicked on 'Send Later' or used Ctrl+shift+REturn then it would have been sent to the Outbox folder waiting to be sent. Outbox is located in 'Local Folders', which is usually below your mail accounts in the left Folder Pane.
