Needed to reinstall Windows. Hoe to import info from saved Thunderbird .pcv file

My computer crashed when Windows updated. Had to to a refresh which wiped out all my programs. Prior to that I saved all my Firefox and Thunderbird info to separate .pcv files as Mozilla recommended. Now I have reinstalled Thunderbird but can't find how to get it to retrieve the info from the .pcv file. It has all my emails, filters, contacts, etc. ion it.

I think you used Mozbackup. Use it again to restore from the PCV file.
