Is there a way to loop through an address list and put each name in the salutation?

I have a list of, say, 20 names and email addresses. I would like to send the same email to all, but each tailored to show that person's name in the salutation. For example

Dear #{name}, 

 Body of email

That's called a mail merge.

Tools - Add-ons type mail merge into the search box, install it.
