when time-warner was expanding my inbox maximum items I could have in my subfolders I lost all subfolders I had under "inbox."

When Time-Warner expanded my mailbox message capacity, I lost hundreds of saved messages that I had stored in subfolders of my "Inbox." Thunderbird is software running on your computer. Do you really believe that is responsible for your problem? I would call your provider back and ask for someone that knows what they are talking about.
