I have already updated the Firefox and Adobe Flashplayer but still unable to play the videos in Facebook. In my Firefox plugins list, I found Unity player but it couldn't be updated (see picture). Could anybody help me?

Does the video placeholder show an error message? If so, what is the message?

Could you tell me what boxes you have blue and red on YouTube's HTML5 diagnostic page:

https://www.youtube.com/html5

Normally, on Windows 10, they would all be blue except the last one.

Yes, it shows error message; "Something went wrong. Sorry we're having trouble playing this video." Among the six boxes, the last box i.e. MSE & WebM VP9 is in red. I am using Windows 10. Do you have any idea why I'm still unable to play videos in Facebook?
