Jumping through hoops trying to get Firefox synced on Android device. As per the instructions I went: Menu>Settings No 'sync' option. Tried the obvious of going to the Android device and settings. Can 'synchronise now' from there. But no bookmarks appear on the Firefox bookmarks menu.

Hi

If you select "Show all bookmarks" from the bookmarks drop down on the toolbar in Firefox on your desktop, a separate windows should open that will enable you to see a Mobile bookmarks folder.

Work is being done to make this folder easier to find and hopefully we should be able to roll out a change to this soon.

Thank you for your rapid reply. However that 'mobile bookmarks' folder only contains a list of Firefox related sites; not my synced ones.

I appear to have 'fixed' the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox on the Android device and refreshing Firefox on the Windows 10 box.

I would respectfully suggest that the process of syncing one's bookmarks on various devices could be somewhat simpler.

Thanks.

Update. Just gone to Firefox on the Android device. Still no syncing option on Firefox via Menu>Settings. I can sync via Android Device> settings>Firefox>configure sync>sync now, but not via Firefox itself.
