Get the good old message SF busy or....etc SF is 23.0.0.207 updated 8 Nov 2016 Worked fine before FF update Hit continue FF locks Hit stop SF then FF works but no video will play and SF busy message may reappear at random on swithching sites. If no fix is it possible to revert FF to previous version?

Rebooted laptop from cold rather than just restarting FireFox. Now seems to work OK (touch wood!)
