I have problem with massages incoming in few my counts. They desapired from 3 of my PC's. Lost informations were from last 2 years. I need help.

Last week three from may emplyees told me about problems with they incoming messages. They desapired, but other for example messages in junk, send and others still are there. We working together, all computers are secured by antivirus program. There is another strange thing. If I get a message, and I stand at this message, I want to remove this information, it does not going to junk but still is in incoming message but I can not open it. I need help. We have much of very important informations.
