The update constantly asks me to restart the computer, but it does not finish!

On Monday, an automatic update was activated. It asked to restart the computer. I clicked OK and the computer rebooted. After that, when I wanted to launch Thunderbird, a window popped out saying that the unfinished update needs to restart the computer to complete it. And since then every time the computer has been restarted (or just turned on) the situation repeats itself. Also when you try to uninstall the program or install a new version of the program on the old one - the situation also repeats itself.

What can I do with this?

Disable your anti-virus then try it again...

Also possibly try to install the beta version: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/58.0beta/releasenotes/

Thank you @ Beerbaron23 for the answer, but it did not help me.

I disable the antivirus program before. Also, when I tried to install this beta version from your post, I turned off the antivirus. It did not help this time too. The problem is still the same. I upload printcsreen. Can you help me?
