Hi, did you update as was suggested ? If not please do so as a lot of Firefox Errors are due to corrupted drivers. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration Also try No Hardware Acceleration.
Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0 with a Full Version Installer
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
It DIdn't solve problem Error is still same I Installed Firefox 59.0.1 But no solution
Next time you ask a question here : Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla from with in Firefox before posting a question. This helps us help you. I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. If this info was on a would be able to see your video drivers and could offer better solutions.
This is not a Firefox issue as 3D Acceleration is your Video Card Drivers. Please download new drivers and uninstall and reinstall them.
- Repair System Registry and Files
Find the Dos Prompt Right Click and Run as Administrator then : Copy/Paste to Dos Window : SFC /Scannow (SFC <space>/Scannow) then hit Enter
You could try : SAFE MODE
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
- Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
- hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
- plugins are not affected
- preferences are not affected
TEST
First of all,
I Want to ask that my graphics card is still same and my all pc configuration is still same.Nothing has updated but firefox did.So Its the problem of 3D Acceleration which has been temporarily disabled from the every version of Firefox. Is there any way of Enabling hardware acceleration.I Noticed that the hardware acceleration has been disabled from my browser.
If you need any information about my PC I Can send it.But its still same
hardware acceleration : This allows Firefox to use your computer's graphics processor, if possible, instead of the main processor, to display graphics-heavy web content such as videos or games. This frees up resources on your computer so it can run other applications, like Firefox, faster. This box is checked by default but the feature isn't available for all graphics processors.
This has nothing to do with your issue.
3D Accelerator is in your Video Card Drivers.
There appears to be an issue that only affects users who have turned off cleartype font rendering within their windows settings. So a workaround for the moment would either be to turn cleartype back on or disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings
So Turn Clear Type back on in Windows so can leave Hardware Acceleration on.
