I can't get the add-on to handel migration from WLM to TB to work - error message keeps coming up

I am trying to move email folders from WLM to TB. I have tried to download the add-on and I have added in Unpacker to handle the xpi extension but I keep getting an error message before attempting to get at my folder in WLM. What am I doing wrong please?

have you actually included the XPi in the add-on managed so you have an importexporttools menu (I am assuming that add-on is what you are talking about).

I suggest you read this and install the add-on instead of using this unpacker whatever it is. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/installing-addon-thunderbird
