When I click the firefox application the window pops up saying "we can't find your pages" and them immediately closes. Then the crash reporter appears. The same thing happens in safe mode. This does not happen with other browsers. I've tried reinstalling Firefox and updating my OS, but nothing seems to be helping. I have a macbook pro running Sierra 10.12.6. The most recent crash ID was bp-960000a8-bd52-4542-b796-0fb540180430.

hi, thanks for providing the crash report id. can you try if refreshing firefox in the safemode dialog can address the crash?

The firefox window isn't open long enough for me to even have the option of refreshing in safe mode. It crashes and the window disappears within one second.

you'd need to try with a new profile in this case then: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
