How print email? Win 7 computer & printer both fine otherwise.

How to print a Tbird email? None of the proposed solutions work on my Win 7 64bit Home computer, HP printer, both work fine otherwise (as does T-bird save when I try to print). Have tried File/print, and Ctrl-P. Nothing happens. Print Preview works fine, printing does not. Ironically, was trying to print Thank You email for my contribution to Mozilla Foundation for T-bird. Perhaps my contribution was a mistake?

See if resetting the printer helps: Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, right-click the preference print_printer, Reset, OK to close Options, restart TB.
