Notes Sync gives error code 400, errno 109

When trying ti sign in to Sync, I get the popup window with the following error:

code 400 errno 109 error "Bad Request" message "Invalid request parameter" info "https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-oauth-server/blob/master/docs/api.md#errors" validation "keys_jwk"

I can sync fine on my other PC and on my android phone. On this one, Sync also works fine for Bookmarks etc, just not for Notes.

I am not entirely sure if this is related - but there was an announcement that Firefox Test Pilot would be discontinuing.
