When doing an export of Thunderbird address file using Release 60.5.3 I get an empty export (0 KB). I am selecting export format of LDIF. However, falling back to release 52.9.1 the export works fine. I am on the 'Release Update Channel' so I often get brought back to the current release. Release 60.5.3 works fine for using my address book and my calendar. I just have to fall back to 52.9.1 in order to export my address book.

This works for me with TB 60.5.3. Does this also happen when you start Thunderbird in safe-mode? Are all the exported address books empty?

Hi, My address book has lots of entries and release 52.9.1 exports the address book fine. I use an HP Pavilion laptop that came with Windows 10. It ran the older releases of Thunderbird including export of address book and calendar fine. The newer releases (I am running 60.5.3) work great for my daily use. Calendar export works fine with 60.5.3. So, every 2 weeks I fall back to R 52.9.1 do my Address LDIF export then re-install the current release. I am surprised that no other users have run into this .

Thanks for looking at this with me.
