Please do not reply unless it is with a new suggestion. Previous suggestion by Seburo did not work and did not read updated info. I was unable to reverse the "HELPFUL" vote and it should not be considered HELPFUL. Example: if i begin to enter, let's use "Walking is good," the result is "Walking is goodW." If I am swiping to enter, the result is "is goodWalking." The error causes the affected text to reappear in front of the cursor. The error is strictly limited to Firefox for Android, no other apps! I've cleared temporary data, including cached storage, in Firefox and restarted the phone. I also disabled additional app options in settings, restarted phone, but none of that worked. I also noticed that if I enter a space in the first position the error does not occur when I continue typing unless I backspace over the space and continue typing.
