I think this the bug reported here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1665577

I've no idea when this will be fixed in the TB 78 branch. It's reported that TB 68 is not affected, but you may find it's more trouble than it's worth to downgrade from 78.
