Firefox crashes with iOS Big Sur
I just changed to a brand new Macbook Pro and transferred what I still want to keep from the old Macbook Pro. Got an updated (latest version) of Firefox for iOS. It crashes all the time. Google Chrome doesn't. Perhaps should I then use Chrome. However, I'm so used to Firefox and all my old bookmarks are there. Anyone that have experienced the same problem and know how to solve it in a simple way?
Thanks in advance. Mario

Hi, so sorry to hear about the Firefox crashes. Are you talking about Firefox for MacOS or Firefox for iOS? Pretty sure you're on a Macbook since you said Big Sur. iOS only runs on on iPhones & iPads. While the MacOSes run on the Macbook Pros, Mac Pro, iMac & Mini Mac. Just want to be sure where the problem is happening.
Do you also have any crash reports? Posting some of those here can help us see what might be causing them. They can be found in the about:crashes page. Just type or copy & paste about:crashes into the url bar and hit enter. Make sure your reports are submitted first. You can make sure they are by clicking the "Submit" button on each report to send them to Mozilla. Then you can share those crash report links here with us. If they are submitted: Click on the "View" button for each report & then copy & paste the url for the reports here.

@NoahSUMO - Thanks for kind answer. It's on my Macbook Pro. Works on the old one. It's my new with BigSur. Below are some of the latest reports I submitted. Mainly it is when I click on a link that directs to a site. But also, when I open and use Firefox it suddenly can crash. Right now (well not exactly in the writing moment) I use Chrome since there are no troubles. However, I'm used to Firefox and have using it for years and years without problems.

You're welcome. And again, I'm sorry you got knocked off your consistent years of Firefox use! I'm going to run your crashes by a few people to see what they think. The only thing that stands out to me at the moment is that you're using an 78.6.0 ESR build. Is there any special reason for you to use a ESR build over a regular release build? Maybe that's the problem.
If you'd like to try and see what happens with the latest Firefox release build, grab it from here: Download from site: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ Direct download: https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/84.0.1/mac/en-US/Firefox%2084.0.1.dmg
I also downloaded Firefox 83.0 on my new MacBook Pro Big Sur and have had nothing but problems with it since I installed it. Can't view ecards (Jacquie Lawson), but I can in Safari. I've used Firefox for about 11 years, but I can't spend all this time trying to figure things out and having to shut down my computer. I think Apple has won since they want people to use Safari which I've had to switch to using. Deb
