Can't get past the Captcha on eBay

eBay has a captcha to access the site. I do it and get a pop up asking to resend information already sent. If I hit resend if reverts back to the original captcha page, if I hit cancel the same thing. I'm in an endless do-loop and have to use another browser. Why? I have Ghostery but even when I paused it the same thing happened. I also turned off the Firefox tracking gizmo, no improvement. I'm using 84.0.2.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
