Firefox is my default browser. Everytime I uses Firefox to submit a Google Form , it will trigger a Captcha for me to complete before final submission. But when I switch to Chrome, submitting the same Google Form, I do not get a Captcha verification.

I even give FireFox a "Refresh Start" it does not help.

Hope someone can asist me on a work around and counitue to use Firefox for Google Form .

Thanks

Hello sgmike0297,

I would first need the platform you are using firefox on. For now, simply the best way to troubleshoot is to reinstall firefox on your device which should fix problems. You might also face these issues for using specific add-ons. Please make sure to use add-ons (that works properly). reinstalling firefox will reset everything to default settings, also do make sure to keep your OS up-to-date.

If you still have this problem, please share a screenshot of such incident.

If you are logged in to a Google service and Google cookies are send, what is more likely if you use Google Chrome, then Google can behave differently with regards to using a reCAPTCHA and possibly handle this in the background.
