в глобальном поиске письмо отображается и находится, но при нажатии на него открывается новое окно и оно пустое, проблема в архиве сообщений, функция "починить папку" не помогла. в чем может быть причина?

Try rebuilding the global database:

Does the message appear with Classic Search (Ctrl+Shift+F)?
