Firefox crashes whenever I open an application such as a game (.exe files) or application

Firefox just straight up crashes every single time I open an app on my pc.

It will allow me to re open the session after the crash but its really annoying for it to crash everytime.

I can confirm this only happens with firefox after having tested other browsers for this issue.

Appreciate any help

Are you opening from within Firefox, or are these external?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !
