Clear Data and Manage Data Boxes Are Grayed Out
The clear data and manage data boxes in the Privacy & Security area are grayed out. Anyone know why and how to change them back into a usable state?

After I posted this question, the same question appeared on the right side of the screen and the reply was grayed out clear data and manage data may happen when in Private Browsing mode. So, as a second part to my question how do I find out if I'm in Private Browser mode and how do I get out of it??
