Firefox not loading or opening after uninstalling and removing everything

Firefox won't open so I went and uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it won't load anything and is just stuck on the white screen with the address bar. My firefox account works with my phone and other laptop, so I do not know what the issue is.

If you use Webroot security software then look at this thread for possible workarounds for now like to run Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode or Firefox 98 Developer Edition. Some have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling Webroot helps.
