Can receive mail but not send mail
I can receive emails. But I can not sent emails. I contacted my ISP (spectrum). They say that my smtp settings both incoming and outgoing are correct.
I'm using windows 10 and Kaspersky. Turning off Kaspersky and trying to sent an email did not work, so I'm fairly sure that Kaspersky isn't the issue.
I don't know what to do anymore.

Nope, I'm not receiving any error messages. The mail just won't send. Also I'm not with charter, but Spectrum who purchased Time Warner.
Oh... and I did talk to Spectrum. They said that the problem was with Thunderbird.
Try to start Windows 10 in safe mode with networking enabled.
Does the problem go away?
Windows safe mode disables anti-virus software. This is a troubleshooting step, not a solution.
