Hi, I like the new Address Book in Thunderbird 102! It would be really nice if it would support Gravatar account images. Is this something that would be possible to add to Thunderbird?

One of the other things that was added to Thunderbird in V102 was a feedback link on the help menu, it is also an "ideas" portal. It directs to https://connect.mozilla.org/

That's funny! On my MacBook Pro all the items in the help menu are grey. So how can I do that?

I have to wonder what is wrong with your system however if the entire help menu is disabled. Perhaps try Thunderbird troubleshooting mode run Thunderbird from a command prompt with the -safe-mode ie Thunderbird -safe-mode.
