Firefox appears to ignore PDF page number specified in URL ("...filename.pdf page=11") and, instead opens PDF on first page of file. This occurs both in opening PDF via Acrobat app or via Firefox. Chrome and Edge display the specified PDF page correctly.

So what is this site if others can access and verify if this is a Browser or PDF formatting that is causing this.
