i try to search ip address on mozilla (firefox in linux) when i put the ip address 10.0.2.11 i get this: The connection has timed out The server at 10.0.2.11 is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Im a student so i need to solve this problem for my work project so i can reach the site

Do you have a local server that listens on 10.0.2.11 ?

That site doesn't exist even Chrome takes forever. So you need to contact whom gave you that IP address or contact whom where you got that IP for why it's not working.

This may not be a site but to a local server or a device. For example I use 10.0.0.* IP's to connect to my two old BlackBerry PlayBooks with my filemanager on Linux and I use a 10.0.0.* IP in Firefox to connect to my old iPad mini for VLC.
