I deleted my email password from info on here Thunderbird is supposed to prompt for a new password, how do I input a new password. Now I do not receive emails. Make sure the password you're providing is the same one that you're using to access webmail, when Thunderbird prompts you for the password. If the password is input correctly, Thunderbird should not throw a failure message, unless your account settings are incorrect.
