I want to arrange bookmarks across the top, i.e. A to D, E to L etc. How do I do this?

I used to have my bookmarks arranged alphabetically across the top of the screen, A - E, F-L, etc etc. It somehow got deleted. How do I do this, please?

{Ctrl + B} to open the Bookmarks sidebar view, then right-click the Bookmarks Toolbar folder and select Sort by Name.
