Not sure if I have a virus or what but am on the most recent version of FF - after some period of inactivity (not sure how much.... or if it's even the same each time) Firefox automatically closes. There is no indication it's crashed - it just shuts down. I launch it again and it asks to open previous tabs and it launches just fine.

It is worth checking, is it shutting down because of some OS setting, screensaver, or power saving feature etc. ?

If it is due to Firefox see Hangs prolonged use

Is Firefox trying to reopen the tabs from that session on the next start?
If that is the case then Firefox has crashed or was otherwise forced to close.

I guess it is crashing then - it does ask me to open all tabs as they were when I next launch it. This has never happened in the past - it's crashed about 10 times today....
