stuck in safe mode, cant do anything.please help.I read what to do dont get it.

I was just looking at movies to load.Then this babaylon thing came up and things started to pop up i got rid of that. then i went to pogo to play games and java came up you need java i already have java. so i checked firefox says your in safe mode. I went to your site i dont get what to do. i uninstalled fore fox then put it back that dint work. please help me thank you.
