I open up Mozilla Firefox and shortly after another Minimized Mozola Firefox opens up but with out anything on the screen???

As I said I open up Mozilla Firefox and sometimes right away a new Mozilla Firefox open up only in the Minimized state. I can cancel it and it will come back. If I don't cancel it it will open up directing me to a program or sometimes it will open up soon to Fox news or something like that. If I X it out soon it will come back and will continue this.
